"Me and a friend were traveling to TN for Christmas. Had a wonderful Christmas and was heading back home when my truck broke down. A bit stressed and not knowing where to take my truck we found Roberts auto repair and i am truly glad we did. We pulled up as soon as they opened and even though they were trying to get warm and eat their breakfest Jason still was ready to help. Turns out i needed a new engine!!!! "While visiting with our daughter in Harriman, her truck needed serious repairs. Not being familiar with any mechanics in the area I resorted to the internet for reviews of local services. I was impressed with all the glowing reviews about Jason and his staff and gave him a call. Obviously our daughter did not tend to the needed repairs, which resulted in basically wearing out the entire front end and was dangerous to drive! I met with Jason, explained my concerns and felt comfortable leaving the truck in his hands. He told me it would all be done in a day or so. He already seemed to be busy and I was skeptical about the quick turn around, but time was no issue. However, two days later Jason called to let me know the truck was ready after replacing virtually every moving part of the front end as well as all new brakes, rotors and such, rotate and balance the tires, fix an electrical problem and arranged for new headlights and new exhaust pipes which he completed shortly afterward. The truck now drives great, is safe and our daughter says it sounds "awesome". Jason delivered as promised, all repairs done correctly, and all at a very reasonable price; much lower than I anticipated. "I highly recommend Roberts Auto Repair shop. I had been having trouble with my air conditioner for over a year and a half. I'd had it at two dealerships already and no one was able to fix the problem. A friend recommended Jason Roberts, the owner of Roberts Auto repair. I took my vehicle to him and was impressed before he even looked at it. He came out in person and introduced himself and listened as I told him the exact problems I'd been experiencing. Within minutes Jason had diagnosed it as a rear end noise and proposed a very affordable solution. Unfortunately the rear end he ordered was defective due to no fault of his own, however, diagnosing exactly what the problem with the defective rear end took a lot of work on the part of him and his staff. Once they determined what the problem was, he ordered me another rear end without complaint.
